Who am I
I am a Work & Organisational consultant, specialized in Learning & Development.
I hold two Masters, I have studied Work and Organisation at Maastricht University and International Human Resource Management at Panthéon-Assas University in Paris.
I have gained international working experience at leading companies.
I work with learning design principles to create tailor-made learning solutions that fit the objectives of an organization. I focus on the organisation’s processes and people. The realization of the learning design takes place in co-creation with people in the organization.
The learning solutions that I have realized contribute to a higher quality, shorter training time, are scalable and adaptable to a changing context.
Situational design
Every organization has its own vision and process. I find it a challenge to create learning solutions that are matching. I do not go for one-size-fits all solutions.

With the arrival of the Microsoft Hololens in 2016, I specialized myself in the effective use of Extended Reality (XR) technologies. XR is a collective name for Virtual, Augmented, Mixed Reality. I focus on creating value when using these technologies in learning. The opportunities are endless. Human interaction and the learning results are my top priority in designing learning solutions.
